Ithemba was founded with the vision of providing high-quality precision CNC machining services directly to the mining and manufacturing industry. Our aim is to eliminate the middleman and become a one-stop-shop for precision engineering, offering European quality at African prices.

Our state-of-the-art facility houses top-class machines that function optimally, allowing us to deliver unparalleled quality. With the ability to handle projects from 0m up to 3.5m in length and 650mm in diameter, we offer a range of services, from reverse engineering, creating solid models, CAD added service and drawing generation to surface and cylindrical grinding, laser cutting, gear cutting, broaching, and simultaneous machining. We also have excellent partnerships with external suppliers for larger projects.

Our bespoke business is of a modest size, which means you get to build relationships directly with the owners of the business. You can communicate with the owners and their team, who work on the ground at our factory, ensuring efficient communication and excellent customer service. We’re not confined to our workshop, so we’re flexible to work on-site and travel wherever you need our services.

- CNC 3-axis mill machine - up to dimensions X 1400mm Y 650mm Z 550mm
- CNC lathe - up to 1.1m and ⌀500
- CNC 5-axis mill machine - up to dimensions X 650mm Y 550mm Z 350mm
- Conventional 2-axis lathe - up to 3.5m and ⌀650
- CNC Vertical Lathe - up to Ø2500mm x 1500mm under the bridge
